Soft Glans? – here’s what you should know

I have a soft glans problem, how do I make my penis head harder?

Significant hardness differentials in penis such as Soft Glans – related to arousal level and all erections not being equal – but with erection coaching the harder glans phase can be achieved

What is Soft Glans

Soft glans is where the head of the penis (glans) remains soft, or softer, during an erection whilst the main shaft of penis is much harder.

A softer Glans by design

The Good News is – that to a degree, this is meant to be the case – both the glans and lower chamber of the shaft of penis (corpus spongiosum) share the same supply, and as the name suggests will be spongy and less hard than the rest of the penis (corpus cavernosum). However if significantly softer then there’s some ways to make these parts of your penis harder.

Training for a Harder Glans!

Different Blood supply to different parts of the penis

The glans and the bottom chamber (corpus spongiosum) of penis are supplied by a different artery to the the more rigid top two chambers – for a different hardness – to avoid the urethra becoming blocked.

This differential is good and healthy – which is why when you do the penis/erection exercises (pelvic floor) both the Ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus muscles will both be activated and therefore strengthened to the same degree – keeping this differential.

Different Erections give different rigidity differences in the penis

Differences between the glans (including bottom chamber) and the two upper chambers can be more apparent at some erections times or phases – due to all erection phases not being equal. Increased pressure can ebb and flow at different times in the erection process and a good example of this can be nocturnal erections which are due to the very relaxed nature we can be in due to the cycles of sleep, but devoid of stimulation means the erection is less than at other times – particularly in the glans and bottom chamber (corpus spongiosum).

During sexual times – as stimulation increases the mind and penis are aroused which instruct the pelvic floor muscles to push more blood in – further compressing the veins and building up pressure particularly in the glans and lower chamber and so the pressure differentials in the penis will be less pronounced.

Different types of arousal affecting penis hardness differential

During maximal arousal – further pressure will build – but only momentarily under maximum arousal to further lessen the hardness differentials..

The length of time this extra pressure exists for, will depend upon the arousal level, which is why I advocate edging, to build this arousal level up, but also due to the endurance capability of the pelvic floor muscles – which is the reason for the whole coaching module.

Pelvic Floor Muscle conditioning

However this is further complicated by over exercising and contracting which can cause pelvic floor spasms or  issues such as hard-flaccid – which can cause soft glans, the reason why I emphasise the importance of the: Max Anus Relax – to incorporate the relax phase in your own exercising regime.

Importance of Testosterone and Sexualness

But neither the maximum arousal time or erection muscle duration (both which will ensure the ‘harder glans phase’). will occur without a good baseline level of background sexualness. This is important as testosterone affects this arousal level and in fact also the muscle strengthening ability. So you see it is all connected and just shines a light upon the whole erection process which is simply a build up of blood – yet to get this to happen is immensely complicated – involving a variety of inputs from the whole body and mind. This why there are so many modules in the Harder Erection Guide – they’re all needed in differing ratios depending upon the erection problem.

A Training Plan

Often implicated in a softer glans problem is a psychological issue, that can be overcome through the penis-mind connection training element – primarily by ‘tuning in’ to the working muscles when exercising, but also by increasing sexualness which can be a state of mind we can learn to gain more often.

If you’re a Harder Member: carry on adding the sexualness aspect into your exercising as I may have previously advised (if not please contact me for a plan), worry less, enjoy more and all should very gradually start improving. But it can be the case of not looking for it – just enjoy your penis and your sexualness, with a bit of exercising as you already do – knowing that the more sexualness you add into the mix – the more you’ll be helping to increase the pressure in your penis – which will go on to reduce the hardness differential and give you a harder glans!  But as with anything involving the body-mind synergy – this can take some time – just enjoy it!
