A great way to strengthen erection muscle – bringing your penis into everyday life โ if your clothed no one will know you’re doing it!
benefits of penis-exercising to music
Wherever you are – the next time you here music – or a beat or rhythm of any kind – do your favouriteย penis exerciseย for:
- strengthening erection muscle
- improving blood flow to your penis
- feeling more sexual
- โconnecting with your penis
How to: Penis Exercising to the beat – Clothed or Naked
- clothed or naked – both valuable for your Erection Kaizen
- Take your favourite penis erection exercise
- do it to the beat -clothed ,naked wherever you are.
- the beat could be music or any rhythmic sound – such as machinery, train or a made up beat in your mind.
Penis exercising is clothed, in everyday life: brings sexualness into your day and a developing mind/penis connection that can be more powerful than naked – due to different sensations and a different intensity. If in public, at a 100% intensity – I don’t know about you, but I can tend to pull funny faces – so I have to do it at around 50% to ensure I do not look a bit strange! However this gives something different – you’ll soon see for yourself.
The next time you hear a catchy track – don’t tap your foot – move your penis to the rhythm of the beat and think of this as being a fun part of your erection kaizen with erectiondr.com:
- Makes penis exercising even more fun and enjoyable – means you’ll do it more often
Add a whole new dimension to Erection Exercise!
Why the beat/tick/rhythm?
We can then contract our muscles in time to the beat โ which helps us sustain the exercise period for longer – something as the erection coach.com and erectiondr.com I have to really encourage – for all the gains the extra bit you do will give. However with the music or rhythm guiding you when to contract – your aim will be to keep up the intensity for the duration of the song – when your muscles are becoming weaker – the beat can help focus your mind on trying that bit harder and upon your penis! In the A&E dept I was told when doing CPR to sing the song Nellie the Ellie elephant for the correct rhythm Now a study has revealed that this can result in poor technique and a metronome deemed to be better! Perhaps focus can be the key for technique โ but to make us exercise our penis more I am sure in this case that music can have the edge due to the slightly more enjoyable and less serious nature than CPR.
Different Music / Different Metronome Setting
Different music is good as different speeds will target different muscles. One day a fast beat โ then a slower track can be used another day. If using a clock the contractions can be every second, every 2 seconds or even every 3 seconds. The duration can also be timed with the beat โ hold the contraction in the penis exercise for 3 ticks or beats for example. When I work as the Mobile erectioncoach.com I use a metronome. The metronome will be great as the tick can be heard more clearly even louder the beat adjusted for all sorts of different intensities and contractions!
Produce an Erection!
As always never expect your penis to erect – as that is really not why we are doing this – it is training for multiple aspects of Erection Kaizen – is designed to give you future erections. However there’s a chance! If it does produce an erection โ well โ that’s what many of you state when becoming a HARder member you’d like โ more frequent erections โ and this has the power to do just that โ not only because it conditions your pelvic floor muscles but also the wider aspects of feeling sexual and developing mind/body connection. Plus actually has the power to relax and de stress โ which even for 10 seconds all adds up to make a big difference at the end of the week.
All because of some penis tapping to music! Feel the rhythm in your penis!
As you may not always have music or a metronome to hand โ below I use the clock to explain โ but either can be used.
Step 1 – squeeze and hold
Do your favourite erection exercise
Squeeze and hold for 1 second (or 1 beat)
Relax for 2 seconds (or 2 beats)
Repeat as many times as you can – until muscle fatigues or you get bored. If you do get bored – just remember your doing as the erectiondr.com ordered – maybe this will help you do just those few more? โ ensure you are using as much force as you can โ or as the situation will allow if in public! Remember don’t pull faces!!
Step 2 – Pulse on and off
- Squeeze as hard as you can โ but don’t hold.
- Relax for 2 seconds
- Repeat
- This is just a real short sharp contraction โ like a pulse on and off.
Step 3 – Pulse on and off quicker
Exactly as above but squeeze and relax for just one second. As you gain more control you may be able to start squeezing for every tick with a quick release in between so that you squeeze every second โ as hard as you can to give a real pulsing contraction. When you feel you cannot do any more pulses – think of me as your erectioncoac.com – ordering – enticing or encouraging you to just do a few more. These extra few you do will add to your muscle strength, sensation and testosterone levels.
Step 4 – Hold for duration of a song?
Squeeze and hold with as much intensity as you can โ for as long as you can. Try counting the seconds or if listening to music aim to get further and further into the song. Then one day you may just be able to squeeze for the whole duration of the song. Doing these different contractions really does strengthen all the muscles around your penis that help build up pressure to improve erection quality. So again think of me as your personal erection coach or erectiondr.com as you like – encouraging you to hold for just a few seconds more to get those quicker results or increased sensations which can lead to an enhanced mind/body connection.
Step 5 – If in private!
If you’re in private you can always try it with an erection! – and get some good feelings โ try different intensities and focusing upon contracting different areas โ penis and anus more or less. Sometimes the curling in and can add to the feelings. Then you can always move into the butt holeย sexual mindfulness?
