Doing this gives your pelvic floor muscles – aka erection muscles a great strengthening workout for harder future erections.
The second time around the foreskin slides back quicker due to it being more flexible now….
however it’s a bit too quick really – as it doesn’t make the muscles work as hard or give as much pleasure.
Another simple yet fun way to exercise for a HARDer erection. A point to note: it is normal that if you use 100% force – you may lose your erection. But do know you’ll be strengthening your erection muscles – aka pelvic floor muscles and your future erections will be stronger!
If you don’t have a foreskin – here’s the pleasure you can get:
simply make your penis bob up and down exactly the same as this. However instead you’ll just need to focus your mind that little bit more upon
- the internal feelings you provoke (they’ll gradually build)
- the subtle penis sensations from your penis swelling that bit more – with each rise up comes a surge of blood that will make your penis thicker too. Tune your mind into this and look at your penis – it can become quite erotic.
Practice
The stronger your muscles – the more the surge of blood they push in to your penis. So the more you practice this exercise – the more you’ll get all the above happening.

If you really go mad at practicing this until your pelvic floor muscles – aka erection muscles fatigue – the movement in your penis maybe less – you may lose your erection – but you may begin to get nice internal sensations in your prostate!
