Controlling Ejaculation

Everyone should try edging in its mildest form – just to delay ejaculation at least once in a masturbation session – no racing to the end. When you feel you’re about to ejaculate – slow things down and savour the moments of male sexualness at its best.

Ejaculation Force

​About what you can expect to gain from strengthening the muscles at the base of your penis:  The muscles we’re strengthening for a stronger erection – esp. the bulbospongiosus help with ejaculation force. Erection Exercises strengthen this muscle amongst others – but do know there are possibly more limitations to intensify ejaculatory force than erection improvements.

This I know first hand – my erection improved significantly – but ejaculation force less so – there is a definite improvement – but I’m definitely not a shooter and I think never will be! It is how we are made and we can perhaps improve to a certain extent – but not totally change.   Therefore it is good to do your erection exercises as they definitely help – but help erections more than ejaculations. 

Premature Ejaculation

Erection exercises and the psychological coaching aspects can very successfully help slow down ejaculation and often prevent premature ejaculation. It is very simple as we use the physical to help control the psychological. The training does need to be slightly tweaked – so if you are wanting to slow down your ejaculation – get in contact and I can give you some guidance. Other pelvic floor exercise – the pull up also helps with premature ejaculation combined with mental focus.Train solely for ejaculation improvements or as well as erection improvements. The same body systems, emotions and thoughts affect both erection quality and ejaculation quality – so if you have not already noticed an improvement – these videos will help you.
