When you view these – you’ll hopefully be finding all training aspects are coming together nicely for you – finding you can employ multiple training techniques – in different intensities – for subtle differences, but great sexual satisfaction.

If you see this man: there are intensity options to use at various points in your training to either improve the psychological or sexualness aspects.

Intensity Options:
- If relating to a physical movement or technique
– use just 50% force, with less focus upon any movement- instead focus more upon the internal sensations you can provoke.
2. if in the Sexualness section or about a state of mind
โ focus less upon effort into the activity or thinking about the wider implications of any info; more focus upon what you feel inside. With your mind clear of external thoughts – let it be open to your internal sexualness (that is possibly suppressed – to some degree?) โ yet now it’s time to become aware of it and let it out โ act with sexual abandon โ uninhibited with your sexual self. This will develop more and more, if not โ you know where I am, I’ll be able to suggest some things for you to try.
3. If in relation to information or thought
โ start thinking less about the problem โ and more about your personality, which we can’t change too much, so work on thinking either in a more primeval masculine sexual way. Basically stop overthinking It and let your mind become more ‘tuned in’ to your penis. Focus upon your rising sexualness, do your MTR ….. …ask yourself how sexual you feel โ has it changed (up or down) since viewing the video. (It doesn’t have to go up – the key is to just be aware of it – start the penisMind connection evolving). At this point if you’re not sure if your making much progress i- remember the point/thought where you stumbled and contact me for some suggestions.
But Above all Else
Ignore all the above and do whatever feels good for you and your penis! That is the ultimate key to gaining results – always do your training in the most enjoyable way that you can.
