When it comes to penetrating my wife I lose my erection

here I demo one way to overcome your erection difficulty – lost in sensations provoked with pelvic floor muscles

Q

I’m 32, but have problems in the bedroom. When it comes to penetrating my wife I sometimes lose my erection. Is there something I can do to have more sex with my wife?

A

Presuming you are relatively fit and healthy – the easiest way to start is to make your erection capability stronger ….

The ‘nice’ Exercise

do this exercise when clothed or naked as I describe in the video at least 3 times in your day. But ‘tune in’ to the sensations you can provoke – this is key.

This not only strengthens the physical aspects of the erection process – but ‘tuning in’ to the sensations you can provoke will (in time) begin to suppress any negative thoughts affecting your performance – making it more about the enjoyment for you.

Then when on your own do the exercise above – in a way that provokes nice sensations for you. Effectively you are giving your sexualness a nice massage, without using your hands and this can always be incorporated into your masturbation times or as foreplay, or at any time to internalise a sexual situtuation.

Amplify your sexual sensations

Trying it as masturbation foreplay or play whilst fully aroused may provoke either a stronger or weaker erection, but that doesn’t matter – at this stage it is all about the sensations – gaining a little subtle – but powerful pleasure. It is most important for you to become really aware of the sensations – connect with your mind to your whole sexual experience, feelings, sensations that you can provoke – even 10 seconds is valuable and your mind is capable

Your Training

So it is not about the effect this exercise has upon your erection state at the time – it is about the sensations that you can provoke and tune in to with your mind. All the time whilst doing this – your erection muscle will be getting stronger – this is your Ischiocavernosus (a pelvic floor muscle).

Try this for one week and let me know your progress. I can then give you the next step.
