Making Exercise for Harder Erection Fun
Goal of Turbo Boost
To gain a HARDer Erection you may need to:
- exercise your whole body to boost blood flow and testosterone – as well as your erection muscle,
- eat healthy foods that boost blood flow
- relax your mind – to relax your blood vessels and increase blood flow
- masturbate for longer (edge) – to raise your sexualness and give you more penis/erection control
…apart from maybe one of the above, all these take effort and so to stay motivated – it can help to keep the reason at the forefront of our mind, we can also make the whole training process very exciting!

Your Erection Angle???
We are all different – and there’s no right or wrong. Here I use just one aspect – erection angle – This is my angle – however yours maybe different to this -in which case – the turbo boost may be more apparent in a different aspect: such as hardness, length, girth or position.
Why Briefly?
As you can imagine – explaining what I have to say in a professional way combined with being on camera plus refraining from being too sexual is not conducive to a lasting erection.

Exercise Motivation
โPerhaps this can provide the motivation to train HARDer – with a healthy lifestyle! The Exercise I don’t like and need a reason for.
I don’t like doing the exercise, the healthy lifestyle, but I love what it does for me and that is why I do it – otherwise I’d still be smoking and eating mars bars for lunch!
It was the excitement of gaining a harder erection that made me quit smoking, take up running – plus eating things like olives and sardines to repair the damage. If it wasn’t for really wanting a stronger erection, I would not be doing it all now, and that is my point – we all need a reason. Not many of us enjoy all the doing of the exercise – and healthy eating – it is what we gain from it that is the pleasure!
The Exercise I love to do
The only exception is edging! I do have to say this gives me a damn good workout – for my:
- erection muscle,
- sometimes my whole body (in the throes of wild sexualness)
- testosterone production
- when really in the zone – mindfulness ( I am just focussed upon my sexual feeling only)
- blood vessels – and blood flow esp. to penis!
however the reason does sometimes make me edge for longer than my will power sometimes would allow – and so pays me back also in the short term with orgasms before ejaculation and v intense ejaculations! There is an edging Coaching Module!
